Harvesting Fenugreek - Methi Paratha - Methi Thepla

This video shows harvesting of home-grown fenugreek leaves. Fenugreek can be sown outdoors when the temperature is above 60F. Two recipes are shown in this video. One is methi paratha made with methi leaves and wheat flour. The second recipe is methi thepla which is made with wheat flour, sprouted chickpea flour and yogurt.
