This video shows how to grow buckwheat microgreens in outside planters. The temperature was around 70F during daytime and around 50F during night time. Buckwheat microgreens have a mild citrusy taste (mild lemony taste). They can be used in smoothies, sauteed as a side dish, made into a dip or chutney. Buckwheat microgreens can also be used to garnish Pulao, Biryani and other rice dishes.
